The hotel is family friendly which we loved. Check in was smooth and really appreciated the upgrade. The spa service was excellent, the ladies were courteous and professional. The kids loved the pool. The gym was clean I just wish the windows were clean as well, the sunrise from up there is gorgeous. Breakfast was well thought out, and we enjoyed most of the selections. Our room was cleaned daily and they had a wonderful gentleman who assisted with our kids pull out bed each night. The front desk was also very helpful with scheduling transport from airport and through out our stay. All of this really made us fall in love with this place. We will be back.

Great location for walking around and many, many restaurant options in the area. Great rooms - we had the Elvis Room and it was huge. Great staff, very helpful and we'd definitely stay there again.
