Zeer ruime kamer. Ontbijt was heel goed, maar vermijd de koffie die in kannen klaar staat. Gebruik liever de automaat.

"Erholsame und entspannte Tage in der Vulkaneifel"

Das Frühstück war gut. Lachs gab es leider montags nicht. Im Spa Bereich konnten wir gut entspannen. Es gibt viele schöne Wanderwege in der Umgebung.

Leider haben wir einmal keinen Parkplatz am Hotel bekommen. Von einem 4 Sterne Hotel sind wir eine bessere Ausstattung an Kosmetikartikel gewöhnt, es gab nur Seife, Dusch- Haar Shampoo. Noch nicht mal einen Becher für Zahnbürsten.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet und super groß was uns sehr gut gefällt hat , das Personal war sehr freundlich, Das Frühstück war top es fehlte an nichts, am Abend haben wir auch in Hotel gegessen es war gut und reichlich. Der Spa bereich war sehr schön mit Sauna und ein Schwimmbad , zum Entspannen sehr gut Kostenlose Parkplatz waren hinter dem Hotel , rundum waren wir sehr zufrieden, vielen lieben Dank.
