Breakfast was better than some places but definitely not the best.

The beds were extremely firm. Our TV remote didn't work 95% of the time and we asked for it to get looked at and nobody ever came. We have a 3yr old so the TV would have been great while we got ready for the day. The shower sliding door wouldn't stay closed so water was getting everywhere. There was an employee who worked the breakfast area both days and she had apparently just lost her 2yr old daughter, she let everyone know. I felt incredibly sorry that she was grieving like that while at work.

Breakfast was good and the 24 hour coffee bar with hot chocolate was a nice perk.

It was the noisiest room we have ever stayed in! It sounded like elphants above us and the washing machine at 2am was not appreiciated. The hall traffic was loud as well. Other than the noise, the room was ok. A little surprised there was not room service on our second day, that's ok, it just would have been nice to know ahead of time.
