The staff was exceptionally friendly! The room was clean and comfortable. It has a great 60s, 70s motel on a family vacation vibe in the best way.

While clean and comfortable, it is showing it's age. Also the pool is not functioning and it could be a great asset!

Convenient to Billie Creek. Staff were very nice

Elevator not very clean, the door tracks were very dirty. Hot water not consistent..Overall a decent room.

April at the front desk is fantastic. She is helpful, kind and an asset to the property. She was able to give us very useful information. Thank you, April, for your work and time. The hotel is well located and easy to reach.

The hotel rooms are clean, but the common areas have an unpleasant smell which I could not identify. It made us want to move from the outside to our rooms as quickly as possible. The outside is in need of a good powerwash.

I like how centralized it was to everything.

The hotel had an air freshener almost smelled like it was covering up a cat smell. The air conditioner was very loud. When I asked where a covered bridge was or a place to eat i was handed a book. I later discovered there's a covered bridge in walking distance and it has a little diner in a great visitor's attraction.

The staff was very delightful and very welcoming.

It's outdated, could be definitely use a facelift and a good carpet cleaning. Air works amazing.

Run down, out dated, breakfast was disappointing, it smelled so they had air fresheners all over the place. The carpet in the room looked dirty so I wouldn’t walk barefoot in there
