スタッフ全員にサービス精神にはびっくりしました。　お料理も最高でした。大きな露天風呂付温泉が3つもあり全て入りましたがどれもそうじが行き届いて設備も素晴らしかったです。　めっせーじのやりとりも素早く丁重でした。

トラブルへの対応が真摯で敏速だった

基本的な掃除は問題ないと思うが、目線の少し高い位置や低い位置の掃除がなされておらず、埃や蜘蛛の巣害虫の死骸があり一見した清潔感を裏切る不潔さがあり、今一度ゲスト目線で確認するべきだと思う　稼働率の高いホテルに共通する内装や設備の補修に充てる時間が取れない部屋の老朽補修の放置が結果評価を落とす　実に勿体無い
