スタッフの方がとても親切でした。 食事も苦手なものを事前にお伝えしておいたので、食べられるものに変更していただけました。 施設もとても清潔で気持ちよく滞在させていただきました。また来たいと思えるホテルでした。

フロントスタッフ以外は，感じよかった。ロケーション，温泉，朝食，よかった。

ネットの案内には，「フレンチレストランがある」と，あった。お部屋にある案内にもあった。私は，夕食が付いていない予約だったが，このレストランを当てにしていた。しかし，「ない」とのこと。追加の夕食も「ない」とのことで，洲本に出て夕食をとることになった。しかし，よく分からず，でかいハンバーガーで空腹を満たすだけとなった。せっかく高級旅館でおいしいディナーを楽しみにしていたのに台無し。寝具の布団はごろごろしてよく寝られなかった。

朝食バイキング。 とても美味しかった。 困った時どのスタッフの方も丁寧に教えてくれた。

思ってたより古くて驚いた。 トイレの壁シミや掛け布団に赤い血？インク？ が付いていたのが気になった。 部屋に水着、タオルなどが干せる物干し道具があればいいなと思った。

スタッフの対応、お部屋の綺麗さ、お食事の美味しさ全てが一流ホテルだな～と関心しました。2日間ゆっくり過ごさせて頂きました。露天風呂も気持ちよかった♨️いつかまた行きたいホテルになりました。

上の階にお子様連れが宿泊されてたのかずっと走る足音が聞こえて…ゆっくりお昼寝しようと思ったらちょっとうるさくて寝れなかった。
