Please note that BLUE Welness Stadspark is a spa and wellness facility and therefore only allows entry to guests aged 16 and above. Guests between 16 and 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Please note that swimwear is not allowed in the wellness center. Wearing a bathrobe and slippers is mandatory in the hospitality and rest areas. The opening hours are: Monday - Sunday: 10:00 - 22:30 The facilities at BLUE Welness Stadspark can be used for an extra charge. Children can be accommodated at a surcharge. Baby cots can be rented for EUR 10 per night. An extra bed can be added for EUR 25. These fees need to be paid at the accommodations during check in. Guests can bring their own baby cot, free of charge. A deposit may be required at the property.

konum ve otopark kolaylığı, odaların temizliği

booking üzerinden 2 ayrı balkonlu suit oda rezerve ettik , otele vardığımızda bize bir şey söylenmeden oda anahtarlarını verdiler ve odalara gittiğimizde bir odanın balkonu olmadığını gördük, resepsiyonda görevli kişiye sorduğumuzda otelin komple dolu olduğunu ve yapabileceği bir şey olmadığını söyledi, bize bunun daha önce bilgi verilmesi gerektiğini söyledik sonrasında extra olarak aldığımız 4 şişe suyun ücretini yazmamışlar, vermedikleri odanın kendilerince karşılığı sadece 4 şişe suymuş demek ki , bölgeye her seyahatimde kaldığım otelden böyle bir davranışa maruz kalmak beni hayal kırıklığına uğrattı!
