Beim Check-In ist niemand vor Ort. Zimmer sind sehr klein, genau wie die Betten und das Badezimmer. Jeder Schritt, jedes Wort und je Bewegung des Zimmernachbarn ist sehr deutlich hörbar. Beim Frühstück steht das nötigste bereits auf dem vorgegebenen Platz, wäre schön gewesen hier etwas mehr Auswahl zu haben, Müsli fehlt zum Beispiel komplett. Dafür gab es frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen, das ist ein Pluspunkt.

"A good Hotel friendly staff and very good breakfast."

Breakfast was great , Rooms are neat and tidy and always clean. A little far from town if walking , food was okay very friendly staff always willing to help. Overall a good hotel for a couple of nights but could be difficult to be staying for longer periods. Would like to see more on the restaurant menus for supper in the evenings.

"Offers less than what it says it does"

Bad : Old furniture, small room, there is an automatic ventilator in the shower/bathroom that remains running too much after the light was turned off. The colour of the utilities from the bathroom (sink, shower tub, toilet) is ugly (milk-coffee like). Everywhere it is shown as a 3 stars hotel but it looks more like a pension all-in-all. There is certificate showing the grating of the 3 stars that were valid up to 2008. Afterwards nothing. In the booking offer was presented with gym but there was none. When we asked about it no one knew. There is no minibar. On the last day we said we will leave at 12. I was in the room at 10:00 with no shirt on, packing. Somebody knocks at the doors and at the same moment openes it. I guees she had they key already in the lock. She appologised and closed the door. Most of the staff does not speak English nor understands it. Good: The staff in general is very kind, they smile alot, eager to help. It is kept very clean, the carpet looks good, clean. They offer free bicycles. Good food at breakfast.
