Estou completamente decepcionado com a estadia. Primeiro pedi duas taças de Vinho e me foram negados. Com muita luta de me deram dois copos. A hidromassagem do chalé que eu paguei bem mais caro por ele, estava completamente suja, inutilizável (tenho foto), ao acordar de manhã tinha uma barata enorme na cabeceira da cama (tenho fotos). No café da manhã tivemos que esperar em uma fila para poder entrar no restaurante. Não havia nenhuma opção de bebida disponível além de café e leite, muitas poucas opções de alimento. Paguei muito caro, e de longe foi a pior hospedagem que utilizei até hoje. Não condiz em absolutamente nada com o valor que cobram. Me senti lesado.
