Hotel Parc Plaza

The location

Had booked a room with air conditioning, but was CLEARLY given one without it. The temperatures in the entire hotel were hot and sweltering. My room had a small unit which was supposed to be an air conditioner but only worked as a fan, at best. Clear misrepresentation of a service that does not exist. Besides this, their staff is cold, indifferent and uncaring, with the exception of just one person that was helpful and courteous. I think she may have been the morning duty manager.

Naar buiten om te ontbijten, dineren of drankje te nemen..koelkast deed het niet. Een klein flesje water op de 1e dag. Daarna niets meer. Wel in de hal gratis koud water. Gevaarlijke douche, geen steunen

Gute Lage, ansprechendes Zimmer, bequemes Bett

Personal Nachmittag-/Abendschicht korrekt aber von Freundlichkeit keine Spur. TV ging aufgrund WLAN Problemen nicht. Je 25 Euro für Hund u Parking ortsüblich hoch.

Beautiful location

Hotel was listed as having air conditioning but really that was a portable unit that worked its heart out during a heatwave but we were still quite uncomfortable. It only matters because we are traveling (moving house) with pets and so needed to keep them at safe temperatures.

Room was very quiet & bed v comfortable. Staff very helpful . Location great

It’s always the small things but proper cups in the room would be nicer . Breakfast a bit expensive at €21 per person.

Отличная гостиница с очень удачным расположением. Все основные достопримечательности города находятся в пешей доступности, рядом много красивых мест и замечательных видов, что сделало наше пребывание особенно приятным. Персонал был приветливым (особенно хочу отметить девушку по имени Мария), а атмосфера — уютной. Рекомендую эту гостиницу тем, кто хочет удобно познакомиться с городом и его красотами. Паркинг на территории отеля есть наземный и подземный.

Единственный минус — в номере было очень жарко, даже наличие напольного кондиционера создавало определённый дискомфорт, очень громко в номере.

Staff was kind and excellent. Water bottle filler was great when it was working. Elevator is great. Location is super convenient to walk into town.

I booked an air conditioned room and it never cooled down. Granted we were there during a heat wave with 100 F degree temps outside, but in rooms 150 and 152 the sun hits the windows in the afternoon and heats the room up even more even with shades closed it felt like heat was just radiating towards you like an oven. AC puts out heat on the backside which counteracted the cold coming out the front. We didn’t sleep well, because it was so hot. At its coolest it was probably 85F in the evening.
