The location in Downtown Amman was perfect. The staff was very friendly and the good size room was well equipped. Excellent WiFi. The lift, the AC, comfortable bed. Many shops around and the mini market next door were useful. The reception is open 24h, which is wonderful as I had a late arrival. The owners added a kettle, which I appreciated very much as they dont serve breakfast. Good value for Amman

Having booked the room at the last minute, I think they didn't have time to clean. I arrived around 1am.The shower was disgusting unfortunately. There were used soaps in the shower. The shower was full of hairs and hair that blocked the drains. The toilet was dirty. The cleaning lady came only 3 days after my complaint and she only removed the filth without cleaning the bathroom and the entire room. I stayed almost a week, they could have made effort regarding the hygiene to make my stay more comfortable or lower my bill in regards of the inconvenience.

Rooms were dirty .. dirty sheets not clean .. bathroom walls looks like damaged .. the sink is broken towels are the dirtiest things so cheap and dirty TV not working .. Wifi keeps cutting off the bed is not comfortable the bathroom is just awful to be honest 0/10
