La posizione è eccellente e la terrazza con bar e piscina è veramente bella. Lo staff è stato disponibile

Nonostante su booking la reception sia indicata come aperta dalle 8 di mattina, al nostro arrivo alle 10 non c'era nessuno, a parte una signora delle pulizie che ha fatto finto di non vederci. Abbiamo chiamato il numero e scoperto che la reception avrebbe aperto alle 11, ci hanno quindi fatto lasciare i bagagli e detto di tornare entro le 20 per fare il check-in. Siamo tornati alle 16 e la reception era ancora vuota per la pausa pranzo, il.barista della terrazza ci ha aiutato a trovare la camera dicendoci che avremmo fatto poi dopo il check-in in reception. Arrivati alla nostra camera mista da 4 posti c'era una persona a dormire in uno dei nostri letti e abbiamo dovuto attendere ancora che risolvessero il problema. Nonostante la disponibilità dello staff, per tutta questa serie di disguidi mi sarei aspettato una gestione migliore.

La petite piscine.

Le bruit, les ambiance car ce n'est pas une ambiente agréable, les voyageurs étaient très aigris et mal polis, même pas un bonjour. L'endroit très bruyant, il n'y avait même pas de savon pour se doucher, une salle de bains pour 8 personnes n'est pas suffisant car on faisait la queue pour soit aller au toilette ou se doucher.

Ambiance generale. accueil chaleureux agreable. Tres conviable. Cle digitale. Petite structure et ça c'est top, avec cuisine donnant sur terrasse et piscine. 1 serviette prevue par lit. Personnel mengz tres agreable egalement. TOP !!!

...Peut etre des rideaux autour des lits...pour plus d'ntimité ? , même si ça c'est tres bien passé.

L'emplacement. Cuisine bien équipé.

Il n'y avait pas de savon dans la salle de bains, il n'y avait pas de rideau dans les lits superposés, trop bruyant car il y a un bar en dessous.

"Great stay, would recommend for the pool and location in old town."

Location is lovely in old town, the pool on the roof is a godsend considering the heat in Seville, the rooftop also overlooks the setas which is a big tourist attraction. Room AC was good enough to keep us all cool in an 8 bed room, one bathroom in the 8bed room was clean and spacious.

Probably that there was only one communal bathroom for the hostel so one bathroom in the dorm room and one other is just too few I think.
