Lovely and super quiet. Just one shy rooster instead of the usual dozen of them. Breakfast is nice and the common area comfortable yet authentic. Staff speaks basic English or nothing at all but they really do all they can to help and understand your needs so it's good to make the effort to learn a bit of indonesian in return 😜

Floor in the bedroom wasn't really clean, quite greasy. We've found mouse excrement on the floor but this is kind of acceptable given the location in the country side and by the lake. Just be aware of it. It's nature. A bit expensive, we payed 260k per night for a double ensuite with no AC A bit far from everything so you need a scooter to move around which you can rent at the cottage. We rented the scooter for 80k per day which is not cheap. Consider adding a door or extra curtain to separate toilet from bedroom.

The room was not in the building you see in the picture. It was very basic. Nice breakfast.

Nice hotel with good rooms. The manager is walking around there to make more money and bothers guests with bad deals he can make for you, for transport to ampana for example. Quite annoying. If you need transport, go to rhe Victory Hotel, the lady there will arrange everythinf for a good price

Aangenaam verblijf

We only had a one night stopover here. Rooms are small and a little stuffy, but clean and fine if you don't choose to spend time in them. Shared bathroom had a really good hot shower but bathroom needs to be cleaned! Staff were very friendly and helpful! Nice view from the shared patio too :)

This place is okay for a stopover for a few nights, the rooms are clean and Akim the "manager" is really wonderful and friendly. He even bought us some beers on the motorbike, in the rain! They have a very good and cheap laundry service too. The restaurant has very little variety but if you suggest them what you would like to eat they will try and prepare you a cheap and reasonable meal. The picture of the "Pool" is actually a fishpond! So don't get your hopes up. Akim can arrange anything.....transport, rental motorbikes, guides, food and drinks, he will do anything to please you.
