The check-in. The male staff was rude

The food was lovely and so was the staff !

Hairs in the bath on arrival and also hairs in the sink

Location was ideal to needs

Bathroom had mould and blind was broken so could not open. Wallpaper hanging off ceiling above the bed Used empty long life milk carton in mugs. This is the second time we have stayed there the first time there was an air lock in the pipes and they rattled throughout the night we mentioned this at the desk and headed home a day early. Later that day we got a call to say they had checked and we were right and they apologised and offered a refund hence thinking this was a genuine maintenence issue we had no reason not to use them again, however clearly we were wrong maintenance is not routinely carried out. All cleaning must be done with bleach as you could smell it strongly everywhere however for used milk cartons and mould clearly not carried out with attention
