Na een wat moeilijke start bij het inchecken, werkte de airco niet, binnen een minuut stond er iemand aan de deur om het op te lossen. 's Avonds kwamen we erachter dat we geen warm water hadden. Ook binnen een minuut stond er iemand aan de deur om het op te lossen. Helaas is het oplossen niet gelukt maar kregen we een andere kamer/upgrade. We mochten in de buurt ontbijten op kosten van Antella Residence. Super service!!
