The property itself is nice, large rooms, great view.

However, it is not very clean, we had no hot water, although it has a kitchen there was no cutlery. The stuff doesn‘t speak English at all, they claimed that we didn‘t pay for the stay, although we did and provided proof for that

I booked the property as it was close to the hospital my partner unfortunately ended up in after an accident as it was within walking distance for visiting, however for anyone else I would highly recommend as a great base for sightseeing the area. Excellent links into Florence and beyond. The apartment was clean, had everything I needed and in a quiet location with wonderful views which we made the most of once my partner was discharged.

Appartamento grande e pulito. Comodo. Fornito di ogni confort. La titolare è gentile e disponibile (al checkout però abbiamo provato a chiamarla per consegnare le chiavi ma non ha risposto nessuno è abbiamo dovuto lasciarle sul bancone della reception chiusa). Struttura silenziosa. Un po' di rumore dalla caldaia e dai termosifoni ma niente di insopportabile. La mattina abbiamo sentito un po' di rumori dovuti ad altri ospiti poco civili. Ad ogni modo, è un ottimo posto per alloggiare e girare nei dintorni di Firenze e province. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Great little spot just outside Florence. Staff was very helpful.

Ottima struttura in posizione tranquilla a pochi chilometri dal centro di Firenze. Camere confortevoli dotate di piccolo giardino comodo soprattutto per chi come me ha al seguito un cane.
