Ottima posizione per raggiungere Maranello e dintorni. Lo staff con i suoi servizi. Buon rapporto qualità - prezzo. Una struttura molto ospitale ed efficiente anche nella ristorazione. Molto apprezzabile la possibilità di parcheggio gratuito.

Restaurant menu & the rustic design of the rooms. Location was good if you want to visit Maranello /Ferrari museum, however no possibility to walk around the area by foot as the hotel is located directly on the road. Free parking on the territory.

In general hotel looks a bit outdated and would benefit from renovation - combining rustic design with modern facilities for a relaxing stay. The heating was not working and it was extremely cold in the room, although outside it was +25C. This problem was not fixed even though we asked the reception after first night. No sound insulation, it was very loud until 23:00 since our room was directly above the water mill in the restaurant. You can also hear neighbours snoring from the different room the whole night and the water running in the morning when someone was taking the shower. There was some mold in the corners of the shower. No duvet covers for the blanket, so we just had to put it on top of the bedsheets. It was very dusty in the rooms & spider nets were visible. The exit from the hotel's parking is not very convenient due to big trash cans on the right hindering the view.
