Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information. Pool access available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. One child 4 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. The property allows pets in specific rooms only and has other pet restrictions (surcharges apply and can be found in the Fees section). Guests can arrange to bring pets by contacting the property directly, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. Contactless check-in and contactless check-out are available.

"Excelente custo benefício"

Fica no bairro de Manguinhos, perto da avenida o que facilita ir para as praias por meio das vans (2,00 reais). Geribá dá para ir a pé, são uns 20 min andando. A dona é uma graça de pessoa, muito solicita e simpática, meu check out se deu as 12h e fui a praia pois meu onibus para o RJ so saia as 18h e quando voltei ela ofereceu uma toalha para que eu pudesse tomar ducha e ficar na piscina caso quisesse. Tv do quarto so pegava canal aberto (mas que vai para Buzios ver tv também né) e meu ar estava com o direcionador de ar quebrado, salvo isso foi tudo maravilhas.

"Excellent"

La estadia en la posada fue exelente. La posada es muy agradable, familiar, tranquila y tiene una linda pileta.Si bien no esta cerca del centro, esta ubicada a una cuadra de la calle principal donde pasan los colectivos y las vans que te trasladan a todos lados y en 5- 10 minutos llegas al centro. Esta muy cerca de un pintorezco centro gastronomico y de la playa geriba que es muy linda. Y lo mas importante es el trato y la cordialidad de sus propietarios. El desasuyo muy bueno. Consejo: probar el bolo de mihlo verde (torta de choclo) que hace Edelir ( dueña posada Calmaria).

"cozy, comfortable, friendly"

A clean, cozy, safe, wonderful spot with friendly and prompt service. An easy walk to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world and a quick ride on public transportation/taxi to the lovely downtown area. Would absolutely stay here again! Wake up in time for breakfast- fresh bread, great coffee, and orange juice squeezed daily!

"Pousada Familiar"

Atendida por su propia dueña, muy cariñosa y amable. Rico desayuno buffet. Excelente servicio. Sólo un poco retirada del centro pero el transporte público de Buzios es muy económico R$2.- y pasa con bastante frecuencia. Los alrrededores de la posada un poco solitarios. Recomendable.
