The room was spacious, the breakfast was nice, the spa/sauna were free of charge for hotel guests, there was available free public car parking. The cleaning ladies were nice and caring about the cleanliness.

The room had a really bad odor (perhaps someone was smoking in it before). The nights were cold (18°C), and the air condition was still set to the cooling mode, there were no heaters. The room could use renovation: the toilet seat was falling off, corners of the bathroom mirror were damaged, water from the shower was leaking on the floor into the kitchen.

"Great beach location"

Amazing location - beautiful stretch of the beach with plenty of facilities. Sunbeds on the beach do not belong to the hotel and cost 18 euro per day (one palapa, safe and two sunbeds) but sunbeds around the hotel pool are free and seemed to be sufficient. Hotel is located just at the entrance to Can Picafort town: close enough to comforts of the town, but far enough from the hustle. Comfortable suite - one bedroom and livingroom, two showers and two balconies overlooking the sea. Cleaned daily with towel change. Great breakfast - plenty of fresh fruit, sweet and savory choices. Supper was good, but somewhat repetitive. Amazing buffet stuff - working very hard, efficiently and offering great advise on their wine list selection.

The staff was really nice and helpful The rooms are clean and comfortable The pool looks great in sunny days

The pool got dirty after a rainy day and it took more than 2 days to clean it which made it unusable A lot of construction in the area
