Stayed here for business in room 2109 and it’s probably the best place to stay in town. Room was big, spacious and clean overlooking the lights of the city. Tip: if you want a plaza view you need an even number room... Gym was cool, overlooking the plaza with a nice big pool. But...I definitely recommend paying the extra for the club floor. With breakfast included and in the evening, food and drink (alcohol too). Great deal. Will stay here again if I return to Xiangyang on business... because other than business there isn’t much else to do...

Well, if you are a foreigner - non Chinese speaking, this probably is the best hotel for you. You get English speaking staff, English breakfast options, English TV channels and proximity to many a shopping arcades. I strongly believe that language is not a barrier, but if you don't want to have chicken soup with pork stuffed bread and sushi for breakfast ...... then this is the place for you. Rooms are good, clean and typically 5 star. A good place to stay

I was At the Crowne Plaza in November and could not have has a better Service. The gym is good with new Thread mills and exercise machines but they are limited and st a small place. Go straight to the pool area and enjoy a better space! Rooms are nice - ask for the Plaza view - and food is delicious! There is really nothing to go wrong...!

after delay arriving due to late plane, was charged again! two days stay cost me over $1000.

We stayed one night with 7 colleagues in that hotel. The price was 1008 RMB (breakfast excl.) for executive floor rooms (40 m2). The sales manager didn't react properly. The buffet is ok and the room is nice but really overpriced for the city.

I have been in the hôtel 3 times for business. Every time I paid a different price and everytime more expensive (for same room categoty). Despite our complains, nothing was possible to negociate. Even if the hotel is a good one, price can be out of China standards. Wifi : Impossible to use in the evening, too slow to do email.

best hotel in Xiangyang. nice, clean, comfortable beds, good size rooms. friendly and efficient front desk. good location, with Wanda mall being 1 minute away can only recommend it

Very good Hotel. Good quality of room. Well situated in the middle of the town and also near a Wanda Plaza. Bar and restaurant of the hotel are also very good. Main hall is impressive; Good service and quick check in/check out

This must be the most luxury and best hotel in town. It is very good, the rooms are clean and nice. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast was awesome, I'm used to only get Chinese choices but here it was a large selection of western dishes as well. The coffee was also very good and that you are not spoiled with. If I'm coming back, this will be the hotel again.
