Resrurant service is poor and food is not that great

the house is beautiful and very neat

we booked a villa with a pool but we didn’t have a pool at our villa

it’s breathtaking and nice

the service was bad we spent more than 8 hours without electricity I booked for 15 people but had beds that occupied for 12.I booked a villa that was different from what we got we didn’t even have a pool as promised

The worst Christmas ever , the rooms were not as what was advertised on booking.com We booked 4 villas and requested to be close to each other We had to travel up and down On Christmas day, we struggled to prepare breakfast, there was no electricity. Apparently, the prepaid electricity was not purchased. We had to move our stuff to the other house. It took the manager almost 4 hours to recharge the electricity. The same incident happened on the 26 Everything was just a mess

It was home away from home. Its got modern furniture and each room gives us the guest a sense of privacy. Its a beautiful home. We also enjoyed our game drive, Aubrey is an amazing ranger.

Renette was an absolute Gem, who went a mile to make sure we’re comfortable. We were booked from Friday to Sunday. She sent me the load-shedding schedule and it was accurate, although our biggest disappointment came on Saturday when we experienced a power cut from 19:39 until we left checked out on Sunday. What was sad was that we were there to enjoy my mothers 50th birthday. The moment there is a power cut, there is no cellphone reception which made things extra difference . Although there is a back up generator, we couldn’t finish cooking. Lastly, We were a family of 10 adults, and cooking was quite an issue because we didn’t have enough big pots. Besides these above mentioned points, everything was good.
