The Wyatt Hotel

All so great but the staff were exceptional and incredibly accommodating. The breakfast that we had was superb and that the rooms were superb. I didnt realise I was so tired. I slept like a baby.

There was absolutely nothing I didnt like I think this question does not apply to this property at all.

Breakfast was excellent. Room OK. Westport is a compact town with a great musical pub and an exceptional restaurant An Port Mor, a five-minute walk away. Both are on Bridge Street. And this is a good base from which to explore glorious scenery, especially the Conemarra National Park and rugged coastline.

GPS directed us to side entrance and the two courtyards for free parking. Both were full so we parked on the street and dragged our bags through a mult0level labyrinth to reception, unaware that tje main, street-level entry and drop-off is around the corner. It would be helpful if the hotel could advise guest to drop their bags at the front and then park. An the signage needs to be improved.

Lovely hotel in the centre of town. A nice room and a good breakfast. Friendly service. Parking is at the back of the hotel.

We really enjoyed the location in town and the parking availability. Sitting at the octagon each next and enjoying a Guinness was so relaxing. We loved people watching. So many good memories. It was 29 degrees C so thank goodness for AC. The showers were epic!

Everyone on staff at The Wyatt went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after with care, comfort and constant consideration. The warmth, wisdom and wit of Caroline, Barney and Raphaela (Raph) at Reception was unparalleled. We got a flat tyre on Achill Island and needed a full sized replacement before heading on after check-out and they were kind enough to recommend a local business (Chris at WestTyre - Great lad!) and hold our luggage well after check-out time. Upon returning the rental car at Dublin Airport and looking at the invoice for the new tyre even the man at the counter commented that we were given a very fair and reasonable price for the work done. An altogether great experience in Westport made even more special by all at The Wyatt Hotel! We didn’t get to finish our drive around Achill so we’ll be back and for sure making The Wyatt our Mayo home away from home!
