Terrible service. Pool was quite dirty two days in a row, no serving staff bothers to offer drinks or anything in the pool area despite claiming they do. The "continental breakfast" offered is extremely limited, with food being overcooked and bland. The menu available at dinnertime is also very limited and portions are small. I requested room service to bring a bucket of ice to our room and waited an hour and a half (even called twice to check) and had to come down to get it myself from the restaurant. The room also seems to have a bad mosquito problem at night, my entire family had multiple bites every morning. They run the hotel with the bare minimum attention to service quality they need just to keep things going, but wont bother to make guests feel welcome. Would definitely not recommend.

Lovely property on a hill, rather secluded and quiet. Away from the noise of the city. However there was no AC in the hallways or breakfast area, very hot even early in the morning when we checked out. The hotel’s washer and dryer which we needed were not working.

Excelente ubicación, en general todo muy bien. El trato del personal amable.

Lo mas molesto de mi estancia es que no empaticen con el huésped en lo que les solicite. En mi caso solicité de su apoyo para generar una factura, la chica de recepción argumento que ellos no la hacían que lo debía de solicitar a la agencia por la cual hice la reservación. Sin embargo, la agencia contesta que ellos emiten un recibo de pago y que es el hotel quien esta obligado a generar dicha factura, pedí hablar con su gerente, deje mis datos etc etc y no contestan ni dan soluciones. PESIMO SERVICIO EN ESE ASPECTO

Toallas incompletas durante los 2 días; se tuvieron que solicitar. 2.- aire acondicionado ruidoso; requiere mantenimiento y/o cambio. 3.- El hotel y su infraestructura muy espacioso, áreas verdes y agradable ; requiriendo incrementar su atención para contar con 5 estrellas .

Gran lugar, buena atención, muy accesible, bien ubicado...

Excelente para unos días tranquilos ,la comida es de buena calidad y el servicio del personal es muy profesional ,volveré a hospedarme El costo es muy accesible con sus amenidades

The a/c was working fine, everything was clean, the staff was very nice, only thing I would change is the variety of the breakfast other than that everything was really good.
