"La gerencia nueva quiere cobrar por todo un extra "

Nos cobraron extra por todo. Por cada silla en area de piscinas. Por cada bebida pago por adelantado. La gerencia muy grosera en general mal servicio. Alquilamos 7 habitaciones y su servicio fue pésimo. Normalmente nos hospedamos ahi pero con esta experiencia no regresamos a este hotel

Falta filtrar el agua porque está turbia a pesar de que le dan mantenimiento a diario, el desayuno excelente se sugiere más variedad pero la calidad es muy buena, regresaría de nuevo
