The staff was friendly and helpful when we check in at the hotel. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.The stay was pleasant and location was good .

There is nothing wrong with the property

Did not have breakfast, was not aware there was any. Location was great and easy to get to my event.

I found that the furniture pieces looked worn.

The TV was a smart tv and wasn’t using friendly for seniors such as ourself. Not user friendly - we could if get the volume to increase no select simple channels such as current Canada news. Very frustrating to us senors.

I’d requested a room on top floor far away from elevators. Ended up close to the elevator, right beside ice machine and the laundry room. Every time they had the dryer(?) going my room was vibrating l

It was convenient for what we were there for.

We didnt like having to choose between a room beside the ice machine and a handicapped room, we chose the latter. The bed was worn out and needs a new mattress, the room was right beside the lobby so it was noisy. We couldn't shut off the air conditioning and had to unplug it, the bathroom sink didnt drain probably. We were glad we only spent one night. Being that I reserved the room a couple weeks prior to our stay, I'm not sure why we got the short end of the stick for rooms and no discount. The front desk attendant was very nice and polite but his accent was extremely hard to understand.

Accessible, clean, options for meals

Hair dryer shorted and I had to dry my hair using the room vent due to delay in getting a replacement so we could make our reservation in time.
