The staff at the front desk, and in the restaurant (Dennys) were so friendly and helpful. The room was so clean and lovely. Great stay; I will continue to stay here when I am in Edmonton.

"Good hotel with lots of parking and comfortable beds in a decent location for car travelers."

Comftorable beds, soft and firm pillows on the beds for different sleepers, friendly and helpful staff. Easy access to downtown. AC was powerful and was controlled via. thermostat.

No complimentary breakfast, shower was finnicky to use and controls were loose. Nearest businesses are 5 to 10 minutes away by walking, might be hard for some to leave the hotel without transport.

"It was a very pleasant experience."

The bed was comfy and the shower head was like a big rain head with good pressure. Decent size tv and upgraded my room for free. I was very impressed. The two restaurants attached were also very handy.

The hot tub jets didn’t have a lot of pressure.

De locatie was heel goed. Het personeel zijn echt lief en vriendelijke en vrolijke en behulpzaam. De fitness room was ook heel goed. Veel restauranten in de buurt. De bedden en kussen zijn super comfortabel. Ik heb vergeten te vragen waar ze hadden gekocht omdat ik wil ook dezelfde matras en kussen kopen. Heel mooie hotel!

Het toilet zit vast vaak omdat de druk van de water was laag. Het personeel hebben een andere kamer aangeboden maar wij hebben in dezelfde kamer gebleven anders wij moeten alles inpakken en weer uitpakken. Maar toen de toilet zit vast, ze hebben super snel geholpen en alles was weer goed.

The drain in the shower was a issue. The stopper would not stay up and kept falling which caused the water to pool. Just a small thing but wanted to bring it up for a quick fix for the next person

Room HVAC controls to allow a good temperature setting for my liking was one of the best experiences i have had a hotel in a long time. Front desk check in and check out was quick and very friendly using my first name as MR Dennis
