"Terrible, even duty manger would have refunded if we had of booked direct. Daughter putting complaint into Hilton"

Location was good

No cleaning done, pool empty, so no pool, no spa didn’t know what it was. Water went off mid shower for 45 min with advance notice

Right on highway I came in on

No water for 4 hours. Key card kept deactivating. Refrigerator didn’t work.

Everything was so nice and clean. The staff was amazing especially the lady with the ginger hair ... She made it super comfortable! The breakfast was pretty good . The ginger staff lady have popcorn and cookies for my guest and I . Oh n I asked for an extension for check out and they did it n there was no fuss 🫰🏾🫂💜😘😘😘
