"It was fine and good for the budget, just wasn’t as clean as I would like"

The location and the breakfast was great.

There were stains on the bed and sheets, shower had some mold on it. Ac stopped working and was leaking in our room

En general el hospedaje fue bastante bueno, las instalaciones, la limpieza, la comodidad.

Tuvimos que esperar a la persona de recepción porque se tardó más de 15 minutos en llegar a la recepción a atendernos, probablemente venía de atender a alguien en alguna de las habitaciones de arriba, pero es desesperante que no haya nadie que te reciba e ingrese rápido al hotel y también que no te ofrezca una disculpa por la tardanza y no es porque tenga que ofrecerla o que se trate de perjudicar a alguien, todos requieren del trabajo, pero es lo mínimo por hacer, preguntar si se tenia algún tiempo esperando. Por lo demás el servicio cumple con la satisfacción del cliente.

Comfortable beds

the room had a weird smell we had to use lysol for smell and because I had asked for late check out do to being at a softball game all day till 9pm they told me 2 pm then when checking in I was told 1 pm then banging on the door at 1pm we had 2 rooms so they need to get together with staff one person says one thing and the other says another thing I even have messages to prove 2pm check out but no at 1pm there banging on our door I will never rent there again
