The staff were extremely pleasant, polite and helpful

C’est bien simple, TOUT. On ressent en entrant dans cet établissement que chaque détail a été réfléchis pour le confort des clients. De l’accueil à la chambre, au magnifique jardin/spa jusqu’au petit déjeuner, tout a été parfait.

Rien, allez y les yeux fermés.

We loved everything only drawback was no shower in our room only way to wash whole body was a big step in to the bath not suitable for unfit elderly people, otherwise excellent stay, staff were very obliging and informative arrival thank you

The hotel has beautiful Alpine gardens and an idyllic setting with breathtaking views of Mont Blanc. The service was fantastic and old-fashioned in a good way.

Nothing - everything about the property was great for us.

Lovely property and awesome location- this is a family owned boutique hotel with a beautiful Garden which had awesome views of the Alps. However we felt the owners could be more warm and welcoming, especially as they were involved in running the Chalet.

Buffet Breakfast was expensive & not great as it did not include hot items like freshly cooked eggs etc which was @ extra charge. When we did not opt for this after the first day, instead chose the hot eggs option (without buffet breakfast) we were not allowed to have that in the Dining room which is the breakfast room. They told us that the hot eggs can be served outside in the garden or the small sitting room, which was disappointing and made us feel unwelcome. Dinner options very limited with some soups, salads and cold meats - same items repeated with no fresh items added each day.

المكان جميل بكل تفاصيله يبعد عن السنتر 5 دقائق لكن متعة الطريق حتى الوصول للسنتر جميله وقريب من القطار والزحليقة الصيفية الغرفة جميلة اذا كانت الاطلاله عالجبل حتى تشوف الثلج انا جربت الجهتين تقدر تطلبهم بالوصف السكن عباره عن كوخ جميل نظيف يوجد مصعد وموقف اليوم ب10 يورو يوجد فيه فطور ب22 يورو او 5 يورو ( كروسان + قهوه)

L'emplacement et la vue sur Aiguille et Brévent. L'hôtel a beaucoup de cachet, fait en beau bois, avec cheminée. La douche à l'italienne très moderne se fond bien avec le côté chalet. Les saunas dans le jardin biotope Le personnel. C'était un plaisir de discuter.
