المنطقة المحيطة بالفندق غير نظيفه وكذلك لا يوجد خدمات تحت أو بجانب الفندق والجيم مغلق ويفتح فقط بعد الظهر ومكانه ليس في المبنى نفسه

"The hotel failed to meet expectations with poor amenities, limited food options and etc."

The room is good, and fortunately no complaints on the room.

Breakfast could have been better, as the menu was very limited and repetitive. There were no options available for kids. The hotel advertises facilities like a swimming pool and billiards, but in reality, towels are not provided at the pool and it is restricted only to club members. As for billiards, we were told it wasn’t available. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. Room is cold alway and no way to get it heated up, people who are sick cannot stay in the room because of being cold all time
