el desayuno

el trato negativo en la recepción por ser de booking: me hicieron hacer la salida y la entrada por ser de booking .les pedí en recepcion y por correo que tenia dos reservas y el de recepción me trato mal y me dijo que por ser de booking. me dio una llave con un llavero cutre y todos los huéspedes del hotel con tarjeta ,no me dio la clave de wifi por que viene en la tarjeta de la habitación yo al tener ese llavero cutre no tuve wifi.no me limpiaron la habitación y ni si quiera tenia papel higiénico. la peor experiencia y la escusa fue que hice la reserva con booking.
