Hotel Agustos Urubamba

Habitaciones cómodas, los jardines son muy lindos, en general todas las instalaciones son muy buenas. Tienen juegos para pasar el rato.

El hotel cuenta con unos jardines preciosos donde poder descansar y relajarse. El personal es muy amable. El horario del restaurante para comer y cenar es de 14 a 21:30h ininterrumpidamente. La habitación era muy amplia, con dos camas dobles.

Las camas eran pequeñas (de largo) y las almohadas eran muy incómodas (eran tipo cojín).

Personale gentile, stanza pulita e molto grande. Posizione ottima, leggermente fuori dal centro (raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti) molto sikenziosa

La colazione è un po' scarsa

Quiet location only a 15-minute walk from Urubamba's Plaza de Armas. The grounds and gardens around the hotel are beautiful. The breakfast buffet is good but basic, with only a couple fruit and fruit juice options. The scrambled eggs are done well but the potatoes were undercooked. Wifi was strong throughout the property. The suite's jacuzzi was excellent and very comfortable for two people. I didn't try the restaurant or bar but in the evening there were people at both and they seemed happy.

The furniture in the suite was odd and considering the room size seemed inadequate. The room felt empty and the printed flower photos on the walls were tacky.

Lovely hotel and setting

Property landscaping is beautiful and well-maintained. Staff is very friendly. On-site restaurant is limited. Taxi service if not prearranged, may result in long waits.

The hotel is located 7min walk from the main plaza, where you can find restaurants and store. The staff was friendly and kind. We loved the gardens, it is so beautiful and well kept. Peaceful and relaxing.

The only small thing I would mention is the bed which was very hard. But we still managed to sleep well and I would return anytime. I highly recommend this hotel.

the garden was really nice, calm. we had a nice balcony.

there was not water cattle in the room. we had that in all the other hotels in Peru. The breakfast was dissapoitning. for a three star hotel you expect a little more variety.. pictures on booking are not up to date..

Hotel Agustos is located away from the town square by a ten minute walk, but very quiet. The restaurant is full service, but breakfast was limited. Rooms are spacious, and the water supply is good for showers. Grounds are well done with great landscaping & flowers. Front desk was helpful Water is not filtered but only small bottles were for sale.

The restaurant is full service, but breakfast was limited to white flour bread products, sugar based dry cereals, potatoes on the steam table, & sugared juice. Fruit ran out & was not replaced. Coffee & milk ran out an hour prior to the end & staff was resistive to restocking. Table wear & napkins were in short supply. The dinner meals were adequate, but again, service was spotty. Rooms were unheated & space heaters were not working well. This hotel appears to cater to Tour groups staying one night
