Hotel Art

The hotel looks itself nice. The room was clean and big enough. The breakfast was good and delicious. The location is excellent. For the outlook I would agree that it is a 4 stars hotel, but for the service I would give it 3 stars (we got only 1 small shampoo for 2 persons for 2 days, we didnt get a new one when cleaning took place; There was no glass for the tooth brushes and tooth paste, it was quite uncomfortable to put shower belongins in the bathroom; there was no extra toilet paper). Also I felt very uncomfortable at the reception. we left a bag in the luggage room till the evening, the girl who took it was nice and friendly, but when we came to pick up there was another girl who showed clearly with her view that we are not welcome at the hotel (hard to explain it as she wasnt rude, but I guess it understandable what I mean)

Отличное месторасположение: вблизи Кремль, пешеходная улица Баумана, станция метро; приветливый персонал отеля всегда рад помочь; просторные и чистые номера. Останавливаюсь в этом отеле не первый раз. Доволен. Всем рекомендую!))

The hotel isn't bad but it's not good enough to be a 4 star hotel for $120 per night (and that was a discount price). Minuses: no wi-fi in the room (although it was promised), which was not fixed inspite of several request, so I had to use mobile internet for work; when booking we requested two separate single bads but were provided a double bad and a couch instead; you'll need to wait for 10-15 minutes until hot water becomes hot enough to be able to take a shower after turning it on; breakfasts were okayish but poor.

Очень хороший и уютный отель

Все спокойно умерено, завтрак простой, но каждый найдет, что съесть. В целом ресторан с хорошей кухней. Номера простоваты, но полностью соответствуют уровню. Минус лестница при входе без пандуса. Тяжелые чемоданы и коляски с детьми приходится тащить.

Замечательный отель, только приехала от туда и очень советую!!! Оправдывает все свои 4 звезды! Вид из окна был замечательный, на церковь. Все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности от отеля, т.ч. если вы приехали побродить по городу и тихо отдохнуть Вам сюда!!!

Overall, the stay at Hotel Art was a pleasant one. The breakfast was excellent, probably the best hotel breakfast I've had, although that might be because I'm more excited by rustic stews, cold cuts, and good quality fresh fruits and vegetables than by pancakes and scrambled eggs. The room was clean, but when we first entered, it smelled faintly of cigarette smoke, at first I was afraid that it had previously been a smoking room, but the smell cleared up within 12 hours, so I don't know what it was. There was a receptionist at the desk 24 hours a day, and the receptionists were generally able to speak english, some better than others. Those that were not as proficient in english were friendly and worked hard to make sure communication happened. The internet was spotty, but still better than at the last 4 hotels I've been at, and the AC and hot water worked just fine. Sometimes the room cleaning people forgot to leave shampoo/bottled water when they cleaned the room, which was a bit annoying.

Сам отель заслуживает всяческих похвал. Номера современные, большие и чистые. В номере есть все необходимое и в рабочем состоянии . На 5 этаже еще и огромный балкон со столиками ( крыша соседнего дома) самому не понадобилось, но в теплый вечерок с компанией можно посидеть. Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные. Расположение так же замечательное- самый центр, но в тоже время чуть в стороне от центральной улицы, что обеспечивает отсутствие шума и суеты

на 4* не тянет, конечно! заселили нас изначально в номер "комфорт"- самый обычный номер, но при просьбе заселить в номер студо, который бронировали изначально, без вопросов заселили на 6ом этаже. хотя слева из окна стройка, но особо она не беспокоит! просто нереально НЕ ВКУСНЫЕ завтраки! фу-фу-фу! хотя, в самом ресторане готовят не плохо, ужинали там пару раз-все вкусно! в целом, все не плохо... но это уровень не 4*... увы! есть куда расти...

Очень удачно расположен, все работает, чистота, отличное обслуживание, прекрасные завтраки, учтивый, доброжелательный персонал, с удовольствием вернусь еще раз сюда.
