Sorry,made a minor correction to previous review. Only issue is that it was hard to find as the name is not outside anywhere and it looks like an office building. It would've been helpful if a picture was included.

Amazing staff - great breakfast

Breakfast was great especially the lemon crepes made freshly for you.

ROYAL SUITES were exactly what we like when traveling. Beautiful boutique hotel with extremely clean, comfortable rooms. A PLUS, was the moderate walk to the port and Riva. Full breakfast with many choices to start your day. The food was always excellent. (Love the fruit pancakes) We were greeted by Antonio, who was absolutely the Greatest. He helped with our luggage, helped with directions, restaurants, and local sites to visit. This was as good of an experience as we could have wanted in Split.

It is a 1 1/2 floor walk up. But an eazy walk.

The staff is very helpful, friendly and nice! We really enjoyed our stay.

It was great. The owners were awesome. The restaurant recommendations were spot on.

A very warm, friendly welcome from the reception staff. Room airy, spacious and spotless. Breakfast, fresh ingredients cooked to order. Within walking distances of the old town. Enjoyed our visit and look forward to returning.

Thank you to Antonio for making our stay delightful and relaxed with many excellent suggestions and recommendations, not only where to go but optionsto get us there. Rooms are large and comfy and everything you need is at hand. Marija and Alexandra made our breakfast time perfect.

Very friendly staff at Royal Suites. Antonio went above and beyond for us. We had an early flight and he insisted on packing a breakfast to go for us. His recommendations were also outstanding. The rooms are very nice. All around excellent stay.
