Hotel Carlton Mayfair

Excellent friendly service in a very clean and quiet hotel. It was nicer than represented in the photos. The breakfast was as exceptional as well:)

Excellent hotel close to everything. Perfect if you need to be close to both airport and city. Hotel staff were very nice and helpful. They even helped us get our suitcases to the room! Room itself is very comfortable and clean.

I would recommend replacing towels. The ones we got were washed and clean, but they had a funky smell when getting wet. I guess the lifespan of those towels is in the end.

Kleines aber feines Zimmer mit allem was man so braucht, super freundliches Personal, wenn gewünscht jeden Tag Zimmerreinigung und Bettenreinigung möglich, sauberes Zimmer und Hotel; eigentlich werden nur Handtücher auf dem Boden getauscht, war bei mir doch auch mal anders, aber war okay, alles sauber und Zimmer wird nur gereinigt, wenn auch gewünscht; kann durch Schild an der Tür verneint werden; super freundliches Personal, grüßt immer und man kann jederzeit mit Wünschen und Fragen kommen, die bestmöglich beantwortet/umgesetzt werden; bin sehr zufrieden, würde wieder hingehen

Connection to the football stadium, airport, city centre is perfect. The owner is really nice and helpful.

There’s no elevator but it’s no problem if you don’t have heavy luggage.
