We love this hotel, it has an excellent view to the caldera and beautiful sunset. We could sit in the private balcony and enjoy the sunset, don't need to go to the crowded Oia for that. The Staff were friendly and helpful, they even went to the parking lot (3 min walk plus some stairs) to get our luggage for us, and they said that's part of their job. The area is quiet and safe but with limited restaurant to choose from. Although Imerovigli has public transportation and buses, but I do recommend renting a car when stay here for better mobility and time management.. We sit on the balcony to enjoy the in room breakfast service and the morning view of caldera, what a way to start the morning. There are too many good things about this place and you have to be here to personally feel it. I would recommend this place to all my friends and will stay here again myself if I come back to Santorini in the future.

Spent 4 wonderful nights here in August. Roza, and the rest of the staff really went out of their way to insure our stay was perfect and a memorable one. Roza was very helpful during and before our stay by arranging for our transportation to and from the port. She also assisted us with scheduling a wine tour during our stay. Upon arriving I asked where we could get a good view of the sunset that Santorini is known for. Roza told me that the best view was from our patio. She was right. Our room had a patio that overlooked the caldera and faced the sunset. The view was quite stunning. We enjoyed evenings on the patio sipping wine and relaxing after a long day of site seeing. Each morning a wonderful breakfast that we had ordered the day before was delivered to our patio. The property offers, scenic views, a very attentive staff, a romantic setting, comfort and a quiet location. I highly recommend staying here.

The view was phenomenal! I loved how quiet it was, too, very relaxing. Eating breakfast with that view is hard to beat. Loved it!

Awesome place to stay,people,staff,service it’s outstanding

I stayed at Ilioperato for 2 nights in August 2019. We stayed in the Honeymoon Room so the room was quite large and comfortable.The hotel is in a quiet village and have good restaurants nearby. The staff were very helpful and attentive. They booked me a taxi that took me to the hotel from the airport and also for my return trip. They were also willing to help me book other tours. From the balcony of our room, we saw the famous Santorini sunset for 2 days. We decided against going to Ioa where there are hundreds (maybe more) of other people, and you might get pickpocket (I met a guy who was pickpocket while trying to get out of Ioa after the sunset. He didn't realised it at that time because everybody was pushing each other) and have to wait for hours before being able to catch a bus and just watch the sunset from our balcony. They served breakfast at the balcony, which makes the experience unforgettable. Although, you might not get everything that you ordered because they might not have it in their pantry (but if that was the case, they shouldn't put it as an option). I only have 1 minor complaint, although to be honest it wasn't such a big problem for me. The electricity at the hotel (?, maybe area, maybe whole of Santorini. I don't know to be honest) is prone to interruption from time to time. The interruption lasted for a fraction of a second so you might not notice it, but it is enough to disrupt the wi-fi in our room. Overall it was a good experience for us.

I love it! The staff were lovely, they are super friendly and did an amazing job keeping the hotel looking presentable and clean. I got proposed and was given flowers, when I came back they put it in a vase for me and made it look super pretty! I would highly recommend this place. Better yet the breakfast to your front door, and the views were amazing.

Knowing next to nothing about where to stay in Santorini, we lucked into Iloperato as a choice. Great staff, perfect views of the sunset and Western side, convenient to Fira Square yet far enough away from the cruise ship crowds to really feel isolated. We had the top floor of their cliff side apartments and the room would have slept 5 easily along with a large patio for sunning and a hot tub as well. Breakfast was ordered the night before and arrived at the time requested for a morning brunch overlooking the sea. (We ordered in our own dinner for a sunset dinner. Parking is about 50 yards up the path and if we can give any advice...book your own car because the cabs here are incredibly expensive. (Apply for and have your intl driver’s license if necessary...) The whole island is but a 45 minute drive end to end and a car is essential to getting to places like red, white or black beach.

Beautiful family operated facility. Staff were amazing and the views from the rooms were spectacular!

The cave like hotel suite was beautiful and watching the sunset on your own balcony was great.

We absolutely loved our stay! It was the perfect location for us. Romantic, chilled, but easy to catch transport to other areas. The best views of the sunset & caldera every night. We felt we had the island to ourselves from this place even though it was peak season. Harry was amazing! Loved him... Looked after us so well & made us feel at home. Had 1 really windy night & was noisy to sleep but other than that perfect stay!
