Minamark Resort & Spa, for families & couples only

Good quality hotel. My room was comfortable and very clean.Food in the hotel restaurant was plentiful with a wide choice of items, though the same items appeared every day over the two weeks I was there so it became boring in the end. Hotel has a nice beach with plenty of sun loungers. The animation team were friendly and enthusiastic organising activities during the day, a show each evening, and trips to discos on some late evenings.

Unfortunately, it is not a 4 stars hotel at all.It maximum 2 or 3 stars hotel maximum.non-professional staff , very small rooms , very limited food options and no elevator in all buildings except one. However , the good thing that food is well done and avaliable all the day.Hotel target customers with the limited budget who won't expect too much service quality in opposite of what they paid. I do not recommend if you are not forced because of budget issues.

We stayed during Christmas break for three days. Lots of food for the buffet, but the soup were not very good , very watery, no meat or veggies. BBQ maybe the reason for our stomach upset, for us and some others, not done properly we think. The desserts, breads, and salads were very professional. Staff and the managers worked very hard. Cleaning staff always cleaned and make sure this hotel was in perfect condition 24/7! Only thing we noticed was head cook shouting to breakfast staff during early morning in front of guests, not very professional! (He did the BBQ!) Servers, Barmen did very good job and friendly to all the guests. Front desk did very good job also, gave lots of information.

Very relaxing place, good food, friendly people, nice enviromet, great beach.. A good gateaway from the rest of egipt.

The staff is Ok, room cleanliness is Ok, but I got the glass not clean enough, Food is Good, but the salads and desert needs some enhancement, the only thing the disappoint me a lot, is the beach at night it is very noisy because of the hotels besides Minamark, but the rooms is quit

Check in/out took too long. Was in the lobby for 2 hours before I could leave. Not enough towels at the beach or the pool, usually waited about an hour before I could get a towel. Hot water was almost unavailable. Electricity goes out in the morning. Must bring your own toiletries. Food served at the hotel was terrible, buffet was unorganized and a little unsanitary. However, staff was very friendly and super nice. - Pretty much the only good thing about the hotel.
