No pool

The sausage was have cooked

Couldn't use the pool and the ac wasn't blowing fairly

Linen was nice, AC worked great, bed was comfortable.

Run down. Needs remodeling bad. Wall paper in bathroom was stained, carpet was old and dirty.

The property and location were good.

I booked a room for FOUR ADULTS. I got a VERY small room with ONE double bed??? My 66 year old husband had to try and sleep on the floor, which meant he didn’t sleep….we inquired about a roll away, but were told that was not an option. It would not have fit in the space anyway. We were told they were sold out both nights. But the next morning I talked to the front desk because something had to change. It turns out I could get a room with two beds but their rates, had gone up!?!? So I paid more to get two beds. Because of the horrible first night I was grateful BUT, what happened to them being “sold out”??? There is a sign about a 100% Guarantee that we are happy, needless to say we were not! They said that because we booked through a third party, Booking.com, there was nothing they could do…..

It needs lots of maintenance!!! The ac fan in our room wouldn’t turn off and we complained to two different people! The grounds are terrible! Overgrown and everything was dead! Just not a good Hampton Inn!

Nice room. Breakfast was decent. Quiet. Good location

Pool was too cold (advertisement said "heated pool". Bed was too soft. Spendy overall.
