Hampton Inn La Grange

I liked that it was very quiet. I never heard noise from a neighboring room. I didn't like the mattress on the bed. Very lumpy and uncomfortable.

Then pool was nice and the Jacuzzi, even though it was low on water

The I’m cleaning this in the hallways and the stairwells.

The room was small, had a weird smell. There were 2 spiders in the ceiling corner, found a big roach alive and multiple insects in the shower. This hotel was overall not up to typical Hampton Inn standards. The wallpaper in the bathroom is literally being help up with thumbtacks. It just seems like the hotel hasn't been well kept since it was constructed. Customer service is also not helpful. If this were a motel, I would understand being you get what you pay for, but for what we paid, and knowing the reputation Hampton by Hilton upholds, this was severely underwhelming and awful.

We would not stay here again! The bed was very comfortable, but the room smelled musty, even after we had the air conditioner running. And the giant roach we killed, made it even worse!

We did not stay there for the one night. Stayed at Oak Motel for 3 nights. Bad decision.

Could certainly use a makeover.

I have stayed at this hotel before never a problem,it needs rehab,the bathroom had so much mold all over, wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom.
