Christophe was extremely helpful with organising taxies etc spoke good English. We bought some tee coffee etc for light breakfast in self catering appartment and had lovely lunches and dinners in Lourdes throughout our stay although a lot of places still shut until beginning if april. However this was more than made up for by the lack of crowds at all the pilgrimage attractions

Walkeble distance to la Sanctuary. Lots of souvenirs shops and restaurants near by. Friendly check in. Rooms are outdated.

The staff never at the front desk, the lobby was no light at night.

Nice hotel, excellent price, close to Sanctuary. Breakfast in nearby hotel, apparently owned by same owner of residence of soleil price is 7 euros is good.

10-15 min walk to the Basilica. Hotel appeared very disorganized and not well maintained

It has kitchen, good condition to stay for budget traveler but need to walk extra 300 meters. If hotel give one liter of water in the room each day then could be rated better

Nice, clean hotel. Good value for money. The kitchenette helps with the budget on holiday. 10 mins walk to sanctuary. Staff will be there to help eventhough they are managing 2 hotels on low season.
