The overall asthetic and vibe was very welcoming!!

Prime rib dinner was delicious!

Loved everything except the water in the sink wouldn't get hot for some reason.

Smoke-free facility. The Cafe offered delicious food at a great price! quick service and friendly staff. Not able to set alarm clock. Went off twice during the night. So, we unplugged it.

Really no complaints except for the continental breakfast. The first day they ran out of orange juice and cream cheese. The second day they had those but none of the big muffins plus on this they had no yogurt or fruit.

I've been staying at Mardis Gras since it opened, and always enjoyed the property. Currently, they're undergoing a major renovation, it's really looking great, and I'm super excited to see the final result. The morning crew at the front desk, took the best care of me while checking in. I originally booked a standard room, and they gave me a generous upgrade to a very nice renovated suite. They were very polite, helpful, and did everything imaginable to make sure my stay was great. This has been a great hotel/casino experience from day one, and I can only expect that they will continue. Very pleased, and can't wait to make my return!

We liked the short walk from our room to the casino. We lived that there was no smoking around us. Not pets on the property in the rooms. Staff was excellent from beginning to end.

The staff here were very attentive and nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the casino was fun!
