La ubicación y la habitación. Buenas toallas.

El picaporte de la habitación (puerta de ingreso) estaba rota y teníamos que ingresar por la puerta de adelante (terraza). Nos iban a cambiar de habitación y nos dijeron que la otra tenía el mismo problema…

"Pessimo atendimento dos funcionários"

Recepcionistas mal educados e não sabem repassar informações. Demais funcionários não dão nem bom dia aos hóspedes. Solicitei água mineral para tomar uma medicação e tive que esperar muito tempo e brigar para receber.

Quarto sempre limpo, cama super confortável, no centro e próximo a tudo, se tiver problema com barulho, peça um quarto mais afastado porque fica próximo ao café Jeri.

O espaço do café é relativamente pequeno, quando a pousada está cheia.
