Localização.

O quarto tinha mau cheiro, não tinha sabonete e a escada pode ser perigosa caso o hospede seja idoso, criança ou tenha alguma dificuldade de locomoção.

Falta de manutenção em pequenas coisas no quarto, como suporte de papel higiênico pendurado quase despencando, porta do guarda roupa emperrando no chão e ar condicionado extremamente barulhento.
