Parque España Residence Hotel

The title came from my 5 year old son. That's what he said when we stayed in Parque España last Dec.14 to 15. Me and my husband did not expect the room would feel like home. There's a kitchen with all cooking utensils, dining area with utensils, bathroom with tub which my son really took advantage of, rooms that are super comfy and a mini living room. The whole stay was memorable and we would definitely go back.

The staff is the finest I've experienced in the Philippines. This was my fourth extended stay at the Parque Espana

The house keeping staff were rather noisy till I told them to lower down their noise. At one instance they forgot to makeup my room. Other than the above all were resaonable.

The room is very big and clean. Friendly and acommodotaing staff.

It was close to shopping mall with free shuttle.. Great accommodation for my family and they have very nice staffs here.

I originally booked a 1 Bedroom Deluxe but surprisingly, our room has been upgraded to 2 bedroom suite. Me and my family enjoyed it very much though the lights were so dim, and it made us a bit uncomfortable cos it's a bit dark, then the air-con is a bit hotter than expected. But other than that, your staffs are accommodating. We hope to check in again soon, and we hope for a bit improvement when in terms of your air condition and a bit improvement in your lights. :)

Nice ambience in the executive room. Breakfast was good & hanging around the poolside/ rooftop was relaxing, over-looking as far as Mt. Makiling & Rizal mountains beyond Laguna Lake.

Enjoyed staying in this hotel which are very close to many great restaurants and shopping centers. The location is very safe that anyone can stroll anytime around the premises or in the area. Shuttle is available anytime for drop and pick-up. Staff are courteous and polite.

I called the hotel about a week before my arrival for pick up at the airport. My flight came in 1.00 am no-one was there to get me. After making several calls to the hotel with the help of airport securty guards i was pickup 2.45 the only person standing outside the airport. After this poor service they still expect me to pay 1200 pesos which is a ripoff. I paid it. Pickup service is very poor...just use coupon taxi or yellow taxi it will cost about 300- 400 pesos.

Our room was an old one that smelled of "dried fish" upon checking in. Front desk promised to send someone over to help remove the stench but no one came. Furnitures are old and outdated (I noticed some paint chipping off the closets). 2 of the 3 aircon units were not working that well. Pillows were hard which made sleep really difficult. Parking is limited so we ended up parking on the street. Service was good. They were very helpful and accomodating.... But the room? Terrible.
