Staff were friendly approachable and attentive. Morning arrival and check in was not until afternoon but as I was all inclusive I was able to use facilities and get food and drink. There was an area to leave luggage and get changed ( had the weather been better) being a solo traveler I did not feel out of place despite it being a family hotel and appreciated the adult only pool and bar area. Evening entertainment was good and I enjoyed playing bingo even though I didn’t win.I have no dietary needs and food was good and varied. The hotel and pool areas were clean and tidy although a little “ tired” in places. Overall very good value for money despite the thunder storms and lack of sunshine

Everything about this hotel is superb, food beer entertainment, I visit twice a year for 3 weeks at a time. Great in April/May for cyclists.

My friend and I stayed for a week (13th-20th) and both agreed we would return. It was a last minute booking as we both needed a break from work😂 The only negative thing I could think of was the mosquitos which isn’t the hotels fault, they just seemed to love me and not my friend! (I started to take antihistamines so they stopped itching, worked wonders!) I’m quite a picky eater but always found something to eat(it was mostly beige food but i still ate!) , night entertainment was good even though it was toward the end of the season (I’m not a dancer but certainly did my best a few nights😜) and the weather was lovely surprisingly! We had prepared ourselves for a week of rain but got lucky. The lifts were temperamental but it wasn’t a problem for me as I’m able bodied, could be an issue for those that aren’t. The rooms were always cleaned to a good standard and were spacious enough for 2 girls in our early 20s to put all our stuff everywhere😅 Staff were lovely and always there to help if needed. I’m quite an anxious person so reading the reviews I clung to the negative but honestly a holiday is what you make it to be and you have to make your own opinions. Overall would definitely return probably in the summer though. Thank you to all the staff😊

Had a good 10 days away there entertainment was really good most nights good sized rooms cleaned every day restaurant staff were fantastic the food let it down a little bit even with the rain it was a enjoyable break

The employees were nice and attentive at the hotel. Every evening there was a program from 8:00 PM until 11:30 PM. We liked the shows and they were diverse, for example animals and a singing shows. We liked that there were many pools. Too bad the water was quite cold all week. The general cleanliness of the hotel was good. The basic cleanliness of the room was satisfactory. You can see from the room that there is time for a thorough cleaning. With the humidity in the rooms, our family also had problems with an asthmatic. The problem was quickly solved by the staff with a new, slightly better ventilated room. Humidity is a problem for hotels, for example, the ventilation hole in the toilet does not work properly. The ventilation filters were also noticeably dirty and dusty. Our room was a spacious family room. The breakfast varied a bit every morning. We would have liked more variety, for example more fruit and salads. The breakfast was very British, eggs and bacon. It's a shame that the local food culture was not reflected in the breakfast. The variety of dishes in the restaurants in the area was disappointing. I recommend going on sightseeing trips or renting a car as public transport in the area is limited. The price level in the area was tourist class and significant differences were visible outside the area.

Fabian and the life guard Louise need 5* they make your holiday absolutely amazing staff I will be back just for them alone let alone the hotel it's a shame about the food tho could be a lot better for a 4* hotel overall nice and clean staff can seem rude but they are down to earth after a day or 2 if you communicate with them brilliant stay only 2 downsides are the food and the 🦟 maybe change up the night entertainment but deffo keep the bingo win or loose Fabian is so funny all the way through deserves his own show 🤣

This hotel is an ideal base for exploring the playa de Muro area, very clean, comfortable and just a 10 minutes walk to the centre. The staff are all friendly and help where they can. They obviously held back by the rules of the hotel for example, there was a charge for tea making facilities In the room which we were told about. This was the most disappointing point regarding the hotel and by far didn’t ruin the holiday but for a 4star hotel not to have these facilities in the room and to charge by the day to have them I think this is a bit strange, but hey! On the positive, the room was nice and spacious with a modern touch, all nice and clean with a spacious balcony. The bathroom had a good shower and the usual shower gels and hair wash. A small fridge , comfy bed, plenty of storage space and a smart tv. The breakfast was included and there was always a decent choice. There was a small shop on site which was responsible in price and had friendly service. The hotel is really geared up for families, really nice family pool and loads of space and beds. The entertainment was on every night and they had plenty of activities for the all. The highlight of the hotel though was the adult pool, nice and relaxing area , again with plenty of sun beds, lovely pool (even the ducks loved it, lol) and a little bar area. The pool areas only open at 10pm but this wasn’t an issue. We spent most days here and enjoyed the chilled atmosphere. Overall this is a really good hotel for the price we paid and wouldn’t hesitate to go back.
