Miły pomocny personel, duży pokój z dużym tarasem, fajny widok na wode. Duży wybór jedzenia. To był bardzo dobry wybór.

Viskas buvo puikų, rasti vieta nebuvo sunkų, aplink viešbutį daug vietos automobiliams. Personalas malonus suteike visa reikiama informacija jokiu nesklandumu. Rami aplinka, vaizdas per balkona buvo tiesiai i Ežerą, ir kalnus. Didelis svarsus kambaris, kambariai buvo valomi kiekvieną diena ir rankšluosčiai keiciami . Pusryciai buvo taip pat geri.

Viskas buvo gerai.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l’ensemble. L’hôtel est bien situé, l’ambiance est agréable et les extérieurs sont sympathiques. Le personnel de l’accueil était accueillant. Nous avons aussi apprécié le petit plus très pratique : la possibilité d’avoir un petit-déjeuner même lorsque l’on part très tôt pour une excursion ou un départ matinal, c’est vraiment appréciable. Les quantités au self étaient généreuses et la chambre restait confortable.

Quelques points sont à améliorer. À notre arrivée, il y avait des cheveux sur la paroi de douche de la chambre. Nous avons aussi constaté des différences entre les prix affichés sur la carte des boissons et ceux réellement facturés (exemple : mojito affiché à 5,90 € mais payé 7,90 €). Dommage également que l’eau ne soit pas incluse hors formule tout compris. Concernant le self, malgré des quantités correctes, nous avons trouvé la qualité des repas assez moyenne. Enfin, nous avons été déçus par l’attitude d’une serveuse qui s’est moquée de nous après nous avoir conseillé un rosé que nous n’avons pas apprécié.

Un grand choix au buffet du petit déjeuner et la qualité était là. L’emplacement de l’hôtel était top.

EIX Lagotel Holiday Resort is... EASILY the BEST hotel / resort value on the island and definitely the best value on the north side Playa Muro/Alcudia araa.. The Hotel reception and cleaning staff are super friendly, helpful, caring and the Staff will help to ensure you have a nice stay.. They will exceed your expectations. The EIX Lagotel Resort hotel rooms are very clean with HOT showers and comfortable beds. Room size is nice, and ample storage, for your belongings. Room has a mini fridge, TV, kettle, and plenty of closet space for hanging beach clothes and more importantly your cycling kit. Rooms have a balcony for bike related storage, drying / hanging cycling kit, and or catching sunshine.. Breakfast is good if not better., a big variety of items, breads, meats, cheese, cereals, fresh fruits, made to order omelettes, and pancakes alternating days, a big buffet selection of food, and endless access to juice, coffee, lattes, etc. The EIX Lagotel Resort location is perfect to start all your cycling rides. 2 minutes to the MA-12 to head to West to Alcudia or Pollenca / Cap Formentor or East to Can Picafort.. and 1 minute to the MA-3433 to head South toward Sa Pobla.. There is a non hotel related performance bike rental facility 200 meters away, The EIX Lagotel is NOT directly on the MA - 12, main Street, which is nice, and it's only a quick 5 minute walk to everything in Playa Muro and the beach. EIX Resort is actually a hidden secret among Cycling influencers, Bike brand owners, cycling Pro’s, and other cycling Industry persons… You never know who you might see at breakfast or in the lobby, or at the pool, Cycling industry personalities and insiders, you have seen on social media, tv, websites, or YouTube. My original 7 day stay at EIX Lagotel, transitioned into 4+ weeks… Book directly on the EIX Lagotel Resort hotel website for the best deal.. thats what I did.

La chambre, salle de bain mal entretenue ( porte arraché en bas...), literie qui grince et pas très confortable, frigo rouillé sans étagères sur les portes Qualité des boissons et du déjeuner très très moyen

We Arrived early morning and was happy to be told our room was ready before check in which was a huge bonus. Our room was clean and spacious, lovely walk in shower, although the balconies weren’t private at all you could be seen from both sides of the rooms next to you. Food was the usual all inclusive menu which could have had a bit more choice but you won’t starve, the snack bar is table service outside and cooked to order. Food was ok here too. Never short of drink choices and didn’t mind paying extra for the freshly made slush cocktails at the adult pool. Never had a problem getting sunbeds and liked that they didn’t open the pools till 10am which meant we could have a lie in and not have to worry about rushing down to get a good spot at 6am like most hotels we have previously stayed in. The area around the hotel is limited with the choice of bars and restaurants but the ones that are there are all in walking distance or you can use the free shuttle bus from the hotel. Alcudia strip/port is only a 5 min taxi ride away for more choice of night life if that’s what you want. Staff were all friendly and pleasant, would return if visiting this area again, although the mosquitos had a field day with us even though we used spray.
