Cruz Bay Boutique Hotel

Such a convenient location! Walkable to restaurants, bars, safari taxis and the ferry. Staff was so kind and accommodating - providing umbrellas during the evening showers, beach chairs, floats, etc! We’re looking forward to our next stay!

The Cruz Bay Boutique is delightful. It’s central to EVERYTHING! The property manager is soooo sweet. She provided me with a map and marked the places that I should visit. I carry this map with me faithfully. The employees are sweet as well. I really love it here. The rooms perfect. St. John is perfect.

The property was great- and the staff was too. We were originally supposed to be in an upstairs room but when they saw how much luggage we (over)packed, they sweetly moved us to the first floor. Walking distance to all the restaurants, shopping and ferry port. Note that parking in Cruz Bay is really scarce and kinda procey ($40/day-ish)

The staff was very helpful with knowledge of island and customer service.

The front desk staff were excellent and supportive. They made the vacation much nicer. I loved my stay.

I would highly recommend staying at Cruz Bay Boutique to anyone looking for a few nights on St. John. The staff is very welcoming, the location is super convenient (a few minutes from the ferry and taxi hub), and includes coffee/food in the morning to help start your day. There are many restaurants in a walkable area near the hotel, including a fabulous steakhouse called Dave & Jerry's that's literally next door. Be aware that the rooms are fairly small (especially the shower), there is no pool, and that you may need to climb stairs. That said, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the AC worked, and checkin/checkout was hassle free.

This was a great property for our recent trip to St. John. Our room was clean and air conditioned, with a big shower. Loved how close it was to all of the best restaurants, the ferry, and shopping. Denise and Victoria were fantastic in helping with check in and making sure we had all of the the information and amenities we needed!

The Boutique hotel was a perfect location downtown. The staff were so nice giving us suggestions for restaurants and beaches. Everything was walkable from the hotel. We will be back!!

Nestled like 2-3 mins from Cruz bay. Super quiet at night but close enough to walk to Cruz bay and mongoose junction. Even the taxi station to get around. Staff was amazing and so thorough in accommodating whatever activities you’re there for.
