従業員の方々の対応が親切丁寧でとても良かった 部屋からの眺めもとても良く満足でした 特に感動したのは夕食の料理で鯛、伊勢海老、アワビの刺身盛り、鯛めし等の豪華な食事に感動しました

携帯電話の充電器が部屋に無かったのは少し残念でした フロントに言えば借りられたかもしれませんが、その説明も無かったのが少し気になりました

スタッフさんが、丁寧な接客でした

ご飯が微妙だったかな　船盛の伊勢海老の殻が使い回しでしょうね(^◇^;) 写真この大きさの伊勢海老に 身がたった　あれだけ… 車の止める場所を指定され そこに止めるてたら　 帰る朝　木の葉っぱやゴミだらけになっており 水道を貸してくれと言っても無いと 言われたので、大阪に帰るまでに 雨も降っていたので、綺麗になってるかなと 思ったが、ボンネットの間や　ドアの間 屋根などに、まだ、大量の葉っぱ等のゴミだらけだったので 最後の最後に　そんな感じなので、最悪かな

"食は満足できなかったが、景色では思い出になりました。"

マッサージの方は親切に話しかけて下さりあっという間に時間が過ぎました。また、部屋から見た景色は絶景で朝日も綺麗で感動しました。家族と最後になるかもしれない旅行で思い出に残りました。また接客も皆さん笑顔で嬉しかったです。

食事が19:30〜STARTで全て揃うのに約2時間、特に後半の玉ねぎ揚げとご飯を頂くのに1時間の間がありました。こちらから呼びかけなければもっと待つ必要があったと思うとゾッとします。両親も高齢なため21時以降の食事は身体に負担が掛かるため、半分以上は満足して食べる事が出来ませんでした…。次回から高齢の方へ食事を提供する場合は、体調不良のリスクも考えどれくらいで食事持って行くのかを再検討お願い致します。また、領収書も宿泊代の物はなく、飲食やサービスのみの加算かれた物しか頂けませんでした。自分が気付かなかった事も悪かったのですが、宿泊料も知りたい方がいらっしゃると思うので合算した物を頂けると助かります。
