Great location, amazing staff, lovely bedroom

The breakfast wasn’t great

The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom villa as we were repeat customers. The staff are so attentive and the most friendliest I have come across ; they made us feel like family.

The Villa was great value for money. The staff was amazing. Komang was such a lovely staff who will always welcome us with a flower and the other staff too was very kind and helpful. The Villa was close to the town so we could walk for all 3 meals. They also offered us a shuttle to drop us to places we would like to go within Semniyak which was really great. We loved the Villa and the pool with colourful lights in the night. They would put a mosquito coil every night. Highly recommend.

The kitchen should have better facilities like a Fridge with a Freezer as we had to ask for Ice every time we need and the food we bring could not place it in the fridge as it was not very cooling. Kitchen looks very old for the villa.

The pool is big and clean

Very kind and helpful workers with good English. Service was excellently good. No mosquito problem due to daily cleaning and spraying. Location is very good, close enough to the central places but not too close so it was silent and no scooter sound problem.

Pool could be a bit cleaner since there was insects inside the pool on the ground. This kind of problem generally exists in Bali accommodations with pools. Only solution is an active cleaning and pumping system for the pool.

We were upgraded to the two bedroom pool villa. Private. Really nice lounging area. Lovely staff. Big bath & an outdoor spa. Good sized kitchen & fridge. The Nasi & Mee Gorengs for breakfast were great. A few good bars & restaurants close by.

Our bedroom and the outdoor living area were clean but the villa would benefit from a good pressure wash. The tiles around the pool water line need a good scrub. As the mattress is on the floor we struggled to get up, particularly during the night. Not easy to get into the dining area. Not much shopping close by and quite a way from the beach.

Staff were amazing! Very attentive and always knew who was coming and going. Felt very safe staying here solo for 2 nights. Breakfast service was on time everyday. Couldn’t fault it.
