Hotel Santika Kuta Bali

Staff where extremly friendly but very limited English so wasn't easy to arrange things.

We enjoyed our stay, beautiful buffet breakfast every day. A bit far out of town, although there was a good supermarket directly across the road.

This was a great hotel to stay for business meeting. The staff is very helpfull and friendly. It is a bit noisy at the front but the back is great.

We have rented a few rooms for our business meeting and found out it was a great place to stay.The front of the hotel was really noisy so I had to ask them to stay at the back of the hotel, where it was much quiter. The staff was really kind and friendly but I am not convinced it would be ideal for holiday stay though.

I was in transit from Bali to another part of Indonesia and I stayed a night at Santika. It's a decent clean hotel with the necessary amenities for the traveller. The only down side was the traffic in Kuta - horrendous! But that's life in Bali. Kudos to the traffic controllers from the hotel who made it less scary crossing the road!

My stay was good and comfortable.The only thing that was annoying- a knock on the door at 8am asking if you have any clothes you'd like to send to laundry.This did not happen once but everyday (throughout the 3 days stay).Maybe they can come after 9am or 10am rather than at 8am. Location was ok just that if you are coming back late after partying, I dont think it's safe to walk back (unless you have hired a car or bike). Overall worth the price I paid. Breakfast was ok. Could have been better

Facilities: Bare minimum; Value: Average price; Service: Helpful, Polite; Cleanliness: Tidy, Neat; Hotel aimed at Asian cultures not westerners, very basic Hotel. Would not stay again, no atmosphere especially for kids

Efficient check in and porter explained how things in the room worked (e.g. safe, tv, etc.). The room was fairly small and the bathroom tiny but it was only for one night so it was ok. It is a hotel that's more for business travellers or people on a one or maybe two night stop over in Kuta.

our experience at this hotel was very good we arrived at around 7pm and were welcomed with a refreshing drink the staff were very friendly checkin was very fast no waiting at all our room was on the ground floor right in front of the pool we had 3 rooms together 2 were interconnecting. Breakfast was good had both western and indonesian available staff were very friendly and made the effort to speak to you. The rooms were cleaned every day normally when we were out for the day so it was nice to come back to a clean room. Staff happy to book any trips for you but no information avail at the hotel for day trips. if this was avail would probably have gone on a few more trips. checkout was at 12 noon which was also a smooth process. As we didnt leave until 10.50pm so we could leave our luggage at the hotel until time to leave this was very helpful.
